Dear TCW Residents,
This message is to raise awareness about a rezoning request for a large parcel adjacent to TCW. It's located at the NW corner of our property, the site of the office building that was slated to be built but never materialized.
The request is to be rezoned to multistory apartments, and plan shows 438 S.M.A.R.T units. Learn about Austin's SMART program here.

Deadline to become an interested party is January 3rd. Site plan appears to allow direct access to Big Timber, and we anticipate this will significantly change the dynamic of our neighborhood from increased traffic volume and trespassing on our private trails/amenities.
As a 1/227th owner in our common elements (aka greenbelt) we feel that anyone should be able to become an interested party to the process. We have not consulted legal for this opinion, just an opinion of boardmembers.
